Jim Hall

Jim Hall has a long work history, beginning in 1976 when they were an Audit Manager for Arthur Andersen & Company. From 1982 to 1987, they were Senior Vice President and Controller for Celtic Group, Inc. In 1987, they were recruited to Credit Life Insurance Company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. From 1991 to 1995, they were President and Director of Credit Life Companies Inc. (Credit Life Ins Co parent). From 1995 to 2005, they were Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, and Director of ALTOHA, Inc. During this time they formalized a strategic plan to energize the 50 year-old company. From 2005 to 2012, they were Partner, CFO, and Director of Apex Insurance Managers, LLC, where they diversified product offerings by acquiring and implementing a new line of business. From 2010 to present, they have been an Independent Director, Consultant, providing accounting set-up, oversight, and management mentoring to start-up enterprises. In 2012, they became Director, Treasurer, Secretary of Falcon Insurance Group LLC and Chief Financial Officer, Director (FIC). Jim also became Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee for HDI Global Insurance Company and HDI Specialty Insurance Company in 2012 and 2017 respectively.

Jim Hall completed their education history with an MBA from the University of Chicago from 1985-1987. Prior to that, they obtained a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois from 1972-1976. Jim began their educational journey at Glenbard West High School from 1968-1972. Jim has also obtained certifications in Organizational Culture from LinkedIn in September 2019, Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA) from AICPA, and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from AICPA.
