Izabela Lanna Muricy (She/her)

Izabela Lanna Murici is a senior consultant with over 20 years of experience in providing management solutions to the educational and public sectors, in the Business Unit under the leadership of Vinicius Brum. She is also the corporate Director of Sustainability of Falconi - reporting, in this role, directly to the company´s CEO.

Izabela is known for her extensive knowledge in sustainability practices and transformation management. She joined Falconi in November 2000 and has steadily advanced through the ranks, ultimately becoming a partner and director in the Public Services, Education, and Health Business Unit (BU). Her expertise and leadership have been instrumental in driving innovative and sustainable initiatives within the organization, as well as in clients thriving in a large array of industries.

With a BA in Management from UFMG and a postgraduate degree in Finance from Fundação Dom Cabral, Izabela is the co-author of three books on Educational Management.
