Lauro Chacon (He/him)

Joined Falconi, as an independent member of the People Committee in April 2023. Previous to his currentl board career, has been an accomplished executive with over 30 years of expertise in HR and change management consulting, focusing on strategic people management and execution. His executive carreer has been developed in HR positions in food & beverage (Quaker, later acquired by Pepsico), retail (Bompreço, later acquired by Walmart), Consulting (Accenture and Integration) and Technology (Qintess), Chacon is currently the CHRO at Shopping Cidade Matarazzo. Since 2022, he is also a member of the People, Culture and Governance committee at Espaçolaser.
