Marina Borges (She/Her)

Marina Borges is currently the VP of the services companies business unit at Falconi, after four years ahead of its BU focused in medium-sized companies. She became a full partner of the leading Brazilian consultancy in 2021, after advanced through its rankings as an associate partner, a project manager and a team leader from 2013 on, after almost six years in the field, from business analyst to senior consultant.

Throughout her two-decade professional journey at Falconi, she had the opportunity to work in over 20 countries across 4 continents. Beyond her executive role, she served as an independent board member at Ecoagricola Cafe, in the agricultural sector. Marina graduated in Business Administration at Ibmec and has a post graduation in manegerial economics from PUC Minas. In 2018, she attended an executive education program in Leading Change at London Business School.
