Vinicius Brum (He/him)

Having joined Falconi in 2001, Vinicius Brum is a Senior Partner and the vice-president of the Health, Education and Public Services BU, ahead of a high-performance team.

Spanning over two decades, his diverse work experience started as an Analyst of Imports at Fundação de Desenvolvimento da Pesquisa - Fundep in 1997. Three years later, he joined Deloitte as an Auditor. In 2001, he transitioned to Falconi, helding various roles over the years, including Senior Consulting Project Manager, Partner, and Partner, Director of Business Unit, and now VP.

With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Centro Universitário UNA, he participated of an extension program on Business Administration, Management, and Total Quality at Universitat de les Illes Balears, followed by two extension programs at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, focusing on Strategy and Digital Transformation, as well as ESG Finance. In 2022, he attended Tel-Aviv University - Lahav Executive Education for an Extension program in the Innovation Leadership Program for Executives.
