Vinicius Brum

Vinicius Brum has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Vinicius started their career as an Analyst of Imports at Fundação de Desenvolvimento da Pesquisa - Fundep in 1997. After working there for three years, they joined Deloitte as an Auditor in 2000. In 2001, they transitioned to Falconi, where they held various roles over the years, including Senior Consulting Project Manager, Partner, and Partner and Director of Business Unit. Currently, they serve as the Senior Partner - Operations VP at Falconi, responsible for institutional representation and leading a high-performance team.

Vinicius Brum's education history includes several extensions and a bachelor's degree. In 2000, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Centro Universitário UNA. In 1998, they participated in an extension program on Business Administration, Management, and Total Quality at Universitat de les Illes Balears. More recently, in 2021, Vinicius completed two extension programs at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, focusing on Strategy and Digital Transformation, as well as ESG Finance. In 2022, they attended Tel-Aviv University - Lahav Executive Education for an Extension program in the Innovation Leadership Program for Executives.
