Andrew has also acted as Director of Creative Development at both BSW Toy Inc. and Action Products International, focusing on toy design and production management across multiple brands. Earlier career highlights include positions at Darkhorse Entertainment as Lead Designer and multiple freelance roles at Hasbro and Dead Horse Design, contributing significantly to character design and product aesthetics. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from Columbus College of Art & Design.
