Jack Peirson

Jack Peirson has extensive experience in project management and operations within the technology and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Falconwood, Incorporated since March 2009, Jack supports asset management and inventory control while conducting quality assessments for Department of Navy IT assets. Previous roles include Senior Analyst at Falconwood, Inc. and various positions at EDS, an HP Company, where Jack held responsibilities as Project Analyst Sr., Project Manager Sr., and was involved with the Enterprise Program Office. Additionally, Jack has managed operations for help desks, including the start-up of the Marine Corps Help Desk, and has a background in customer service management at Verizon Data Services and car dealerships, where notable achievements include recognition as a top service manager by Porsche USA and Nissan Motors USA. Jack holds certificates in ITIL Foundation and Lean Six Sigma.
