Geordie Pierson

Mr. Pierson joined Falfurrias Capital Partners in 2014, was promoted to Principal in 2018 and Partner in 2021. Mr. Pierson spends the majority of his time focused on the marketing, media and information services space. Prior to Falfurrias, Mr. Pierson was an Associate at Pamlico Capital where his work was focused on the execution of middle-market growth equity and leveraged buyout transactions in the business & technology services and communications industries. Prior to Pamlico Capital, Mr. Pierson worked in investment banking with Wells Fargo Securities (formerly Wachovia) where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, and leverage finance transactions for both public and private companies as a member of the Financial Sponsors Group.
