Erika Norberg

Erika Norberg is a seasoned professional in the travel and customer service industry, currently serving as a Concierge at Falkbuilt Ltd. since October 2022. Prior to this role, Erika accrued extensive experience as an International Travel Counsellor with the Alberta Motor Association from April 2015 to December 2022, and as a Senior Travel Consultant at Calgary Co-op from March 2013 to April 2015. Erika's earlier career includes positions as a Travel Sales Lead and Travel Consultant at Sears Travel, where employment lasted from March 2005 to September 2012. Erika holds a Diploma with a Tourism Major in Global Tourism & Marketing from Medicine Hat College, completed between 2003 and 2005, and a High School Diploma from Crocus Plains Regional Secondary School, earned from 1995 to 1999.
