Val Shepler

Val Shepler currently holds the position of Commercial Manager for U.S. and Canada at Fall Creek Farm & Nursery, Inc., beginning in April 2021, where responsibilities include providing customer service, sales, and grower support to blueberry growers. Prior to this role, Val served as Vice President of Strategic Sourcing & Analysis at Milne from September 2010 to April 2021, overseeing procurement, supply chain, vendor management, and grower relations. Val also held the role of Commercial Vice President and Purchasing Manager at Milne, with a focus on sales, procurement, planning, and grower relations. Earlier experience includes serving as Planning Manager and Purchasing Manager at Tree Top, Inc. from 1989 to 2010, concentrating on warehousing, finance, and planning. Val Shepler earned a BA in Communications from Washington State University from 1984 to 1988 and completed secondary education at Wahkiakum High School from 1980 to 1984.
