Amelie Bufler has a diverse work experience in various industries. Amelie started working at Zertifizierungsstelle Alko-Cert GmbH in 2012, where they served as the head of the German Forest Service Certificate (DFSZ) department until 2014. Amelie then joined the Verband der Agrargewerblichen Wirtschaft e.V. (VdAW) as a specialist for agricultural and forestry contracting companies until 2017. From 2017 to 2023, Amelie worked at badenova WärmePlus GmbH & Co. KG, holding the position of head of operations and service for biogas plants. Currently, they are employed at August Faller GmbH & Co. KG, where they are the head of production for the leaflets business unit.
Amelie Bufler completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Bioenergie at Fachhochschule Rottenburg - Hochschule für Forstwirtschaft from 2009 to 2012. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on BWL, Marketing, and Personalmanagement at Steinbeis Universität from 2014 to 2016.

The Worms-based subsidiary PackEx, which was founded in 2018, specialises in the manufacture of folding cartons in small and very small batches. In collaboration with the Irish company Perigord Premedia Ltd., Faller has set up a “Global Centre of Packaging Excellence” for artwork management, print consultancy and coordination.
