Colleen McGuiness

Colleen McGuiness is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in gerontology and occupational therapy. Currently serving as the Clinical Site Director at Fallon Health since January 2022, Colleen previously held the position of Nursing Home Administrator at Deaconess Abundant Life Communities from June 2019 to December 2021. Prior to that, Colleen was the Director of Rehabilitation at Newbury Court, a Deaconess Abundant Life Community, from February 2012 to June 2019. Colleen holds a Master's degree in Gerontology from UMass Boston (2015-2018) and a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Occupational Therapy from Worcester State University (1998-2002), along with a High School Degree in Human Services from Blue Hills Regional Technical School (1993-1997).
