Debra Clifford

Debra Clifford has over 30 years of experience in human resources and compensation analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Fallon Health since February 2007, Debra has also held roles such as Total Rewards Analyst, Compensation Specialist, and HR/HRIS Coordinator within the company. Prior to Fallon Health, Debra worked as a Pensions/401(k) Administrator at Kidde-Fenwal, Inc. from 1997 to 2006 and spent a decade at Pepsico - Frito-Lay, Inc. from 1987 to 1997 as a Senior Human Resources Administrator. Debra holds a degree from the University of Southern Maine.
