Jill Green Lebow

Jill Green Lebow has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jill joined Fallon Health in 2015 as the SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for overseeing the company's human resources function. Prior to that, they worked at The Hanover Insurance Group as an Assistant Vice President Human Resources Business Partner. From 2008 to 2015, Jill worked at Fallon Health as a Senior Director Human Resources Business Partner, where they demonstrated expertise in strategic workforce planning, leadership coaching, and talent management. Before joining Fallon Health, they worked at Abbott Laboratories as a Sr. Employee Relations Specialist. Jill began their career at Schwartz Hannum PC as an Associate.

Jill Green Lebow obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English from the University of Connecticut, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. After completing their undergraduate education, they pursued a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law, from 1997 to 2000.
