Patti Shea

Patti Shea has a strong background in healthcare and leadership roles. From 2021 to the present, they have served as the Senior Director of ACO and Behavioral Health Clinical Team at Fallon Health. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2021, Patti was the Executive Director at North American Family Institute, Inc. Patti also has extensive experience from 1999 to 2019 as the Chief Operating Officer at Hampstead Hospital, where they were responsible for managing clinical operations and overseeing program managers. Patti's career began in 1984 as a Regional Clinical Supervisor at NFI.

Patti Shea holds a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree in Clinical Psychology, which they obtained from Antioch University New England from 1994 to 1999.
