Ray Schmidt has extensive experience in application development, with a significant tenure at Fallon Community Healthplan since 2005, where Ray holds the position of Application Developer III. Prior to this role, Ray worked as a Developer for VADAR Systems from 1999 to 2001. Ray is an alumnus of the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
