Stacy Coggeshall

Stacy Coggeshall has a diverse and extensive work experience. Stacy started their career as a Registered Nurse at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, where they provided quality nursing care to transplant and surgical patients. Stacy then worked as a Health Insurance Specialist at The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, where they developed national strategies to ensure the fiscal integrity of payment for Medicare services.

After that, Stacy held various roles at Leprechaun, LLC, including Senior Account Manager, Director of Clinical Operations, and Vice President of Client Services. In these roles, they managed client accounts, achieved significant improvements in reimbursement, and played a key role in the successful sale of the company.

Stacy later joined ikaSystems as the Director of Revenue Maximization, responsible for maximizing revenue for the company. Stacy then moved on to Tufts Health Plan, where they served as the Director of Risk Adjustment, overseeing the accurate reporting of member's chronic conditions to CMS.

Stacy then joined UnitedHealth Group, where they worked as the Director of Prospective Business Operations. In this role, they were responsible for product management, quality measure gap closure, and reporting progress to health plan leadership.

Their most recent role is Vice President of Risk Adjustment at Fallon Health, where they joined in 2020. In this role, they lead risk adjustment initiatives and collaborates with matrixed partners to ensure accurate and compliant reporting of patients' chronic condition profile.

Throughout their career, Stacy has demonstrated expertise in risk adjustment, product management, quality improvement, and stakeholder collaboration. Stacy has consistently achieved goals and implemented strategic initiatives to drive success in the healthcare industry.

From 1986 to 1988, Stacy attended Cushing Academy but did not obtain a degree or pursue a specific field of study during this period.

In 1999, Stacy enrolled in The Johns Hopkins University and completed a joint program, earning an MSN/MBA degree in Business and Health Care. This program lasted until 2001.

Prior to this, from 1997 to 1999, Stacy also attended The Johns Hopkins University and obtained a BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) degree.

In 1989, Stacy began studying at Cornell University and graduated in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business.
