Victor Woolridge

Victor Woolridge serves as a Board Member at Blue Owl Capital and the Trumbull Property Income Fund LP, as well as an Independent Director at Fallon Health. Previously, Victor held the position of Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the University of Massachusetts from January 2015 to October 2022, appointed by Governor Charlie Baker. Victor has extensive experience in real estate finance, having served as Vice President and Managing Director at Barings Real Estate Advisers and its predecessor, Babson Capital Management. Victor obtained a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1975 to 1979.
