Helena Bergman

Helena Bergman has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as HR-chef at Falu kommun since November 2017, including a temporary role as Tf kommundirektör. Helena has led various HR initiatives, including the project "Jobb som märks," aimed at enhancing Falu kommuns employer brand. Previous positions include HR-strateg at Trafikverket and Leksands kommun, where Helena facilitated leadership development and strategic communication plans. As a certificated consultant with Barrett Values Centre, Helena focuses on building value-driven cultures within organizations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Personal, Work, and Organization from Stockholm University, along with a diploma in dance inspiration.
