Rafael Lucchesi

Rafael Lucchesi is an experienced architect and facilities manager with a robust background in architectural project management and execution. Currently serving as an Arquiteto / Gerente de facilities at FAM Oficial since March 2021, Rafael has been involved in diverse projects encompassing municipal approvals, accessibility designs, and various certification processes. Prior experience includes significant roles at UNINOVE and LR Arquitetura e Construção, where Rafael executed architectural layouts, managed budgets, and oversaw compliance with safety regulations. Early career experience includes architectural internships at Barbara Construtora and LT2 Engenharia e Construção LTDA, focusing on residential projects and material management. Rafael holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, completed in 2011.
