Kristin Magnuson Hazelton

Kristin Magnuson Hazelton, MBA, has over 20 years of experience in various operations and management roles. Kristin is currently the Vice President of Business Operations at Fama Technologies Inc., where they oversee internal operations and manages fulfillment across all product lines. Kristin is responsible for project management, financial analysis, and ensuring the completion of key initiatives.

Prior to Fama Technologies Inc., Kristin served as the Vice President of Operations at a SaaS start-up, where they restructured operations and managed a team of over 150 researchers. Kristin implemented new software tools and processes, created budgetary and operational KPIs, and kept costs under budget.

Kristin also has experience as the Director of Operations at 98 Ventures, where they managed centralized systems for Fortune 500 retail clients and handled routing, dispatching, customer service, and tech support. Additionally, they served as the Director of Operations Support at UST Logistical Systems, overseeing warehouses and managing logistics and operations.

Before that, Kristin held roles as the Director of Operations at Hirease Inc., where they managed background check researchers and implemented process improvements, and as the Manager of Installations Operations at Trident Marketing, where they oversaw technicians and managed installations and security.

Kristin Magnuson Hazelton has a diverse education history. In 1996, they obtained an AS degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Brevard. Following that, they attended Ithaca College from 1996 to 1999 and earned a BS degree in the same field.

In 2003, Kristin pursued their MBA in Marketing at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, completing their studies in 2005. During this time, they also attended the University of Oxford in 2005, focusing on Global Business.

Additionally, Kristin has acquired several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in different areas. Most recently, they obtained "Nano Tips for Using ChatGPT for Business with Rachel Woods" from LinkedIn in 2023. In 2022, they completed certifications such as "How to Be More Strategic in Six Steps" and "Excel Essential Training (Office 365/Microsoft 365)" through LinkedIn.

In terms of industry-specific certifications, Kristin obtained a Hughes Net Installation Certification in February 2013 and became a Level I Certified Alarm Security Technician in November 2012 through the ASLB - NC Alarm Systems Licensing Board.
