John Crosby

John Crosby has extensive experience in programming and technical support, currently serving as a Programmer and Agile Scrum Master at FAME Inc. since August 2005. Prior to this role, John held positions including Implementations Engineer and Technical Support Engineer at TradeStation Securities for a brief period in 2005. John also worked as a Team Leader at The Answer Group (TAG), overseeing Comcast High Speed Internet support, and served as a Technical Support Engineer while self-employed, combining duties as a freelance Audio Engineer and stay-at-home parent from 1998 to 2003. Earlier career roles included Store Coordinator at Black & Decker and Installer as a security system subcontractor. John Crosby earned a high school diploma from West Caldwell High School and briefly attended Caldwell Community College in 1989.
