Jennifer Lanphear

Jennifer Lanphear has over 25 years of experience in the finance and education sectors. Jennifer began their career in 1990 as a Claims Analyst at Maine Education Services. From 2004 to 2014, they worked at Finance Authority of Maine, first as an Education Programs Manager, then as an Education Programs Officer, and finally as a College Access Counselor. During their time as College Access Counselor, they were the Project Lead for the Adult Learner Voice of the Customer Project and a member of various committees. Additionally, they were a Customer Service Specialist and Team Leader, providing schools with training and customer service.

Jennifer Lanphear began their educational career at Cony High School, where they earned their Diploma in College Prep from 1978 to 1982. Jennifer then attended the University of Maine, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Mathematics from 1982 to 1987.
