Manuel Dubacher

Manuel Dubacher serves as Co-CEO and Leiter Betrieb at bio-familia AG since October 2011, overseeing production departments and quality management, maintenance, production planning, and facility services. Previously, Manuel held the position of Leiter Produktion, also at bio-familia AG, managing production, order processing, logistics, and packaging development. Prior experience includes serving as Fachbereichsleiter Fertiggerichte at Bischofszell Nahrungsmittel AG from 2007 to 2011. Education includes an Executive Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management - Leadership and a CAS in Leadership from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, a Didaktischer Ausweis in Food Science, and a Dipl. Ing. in Food Technology from ETH Zürich.
