Yen Nguyen is an experienced Office Manager at Familia Dental since May 2021, overseeing daily non-clinical operations, enhancing patient satisfaction, and managing team performance and development. Yen holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from the University of St. Francis and an Associate's degree in Science with a focus in healthcare from the College of DuPage.
