Todd Thompson

Todd Thompson is the current IT Manager at Families & Children Together. Todd has over five years of experience working in the camping and recreation industry, including two years as the Director of Camping & Recreation at Easter Seals New Jersey. In this role, they managed a budget of over 1.1 million dollars and was responsible for the selection, orientation, training, supervision, evaluation and retention of all direct reporting positions and program staff. Todd also developed and implemented marketing plans to ensure maximum capacity for all programs and services, and continually recruited new volunteers and donors. Todd also oversaw the risk management and safety of all programs. Prior to their role as Director, Todd served as the Coordinator of Camping & Recreation at Easter Seals New Jersey for one year. In this role, they were responsible for the planning and execution of all camping and recreation programs. Todd has a passion for helping others and takes great pride in their work. Todd is dedicated to providing high-quality services that meet the needs of participants and families.
