Jessika Carlock is an experienced Behavior Specialist at Families First since April 2017, working with multiple families to replace negative behaviors with positive ones through intensive interventions. Additionally, Jessika serves as a Family Specialist and Substitute Teacher for Clifton Public Schools and Bloomfield Public Schools since February 2016, ensuring a safe learning environment and implementing engaging activities that cater to individual student strengths. Jessika holds a Bachelor's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Brigham Young University - Idaho and an Associate of Science in General Studies from LDS Business College.
