Kerry Pellerin Sphr

Kerry Pellerin, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources. Kerry has held various leadership roles in different organizations. From 2005 to 2011, they worked at L-3 Communications in the Human Resources department. Kerry then joined McLane Company in 2011 as a Human Resource Manager until 2015. Afterwards, they worked as a Human Resource Manager at Stonyfield Farm from 2015 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they served as the Vice President of People & Culture at Borrego Solar Systems. In 2021, they joined Families in Transition as the Vice President of Human Resources, and later became the Chief Human Resource Officer in early 2023. Additionally, they have served as a Board Member at Fast Friends Greyhound Adoption Inc since January 2023. Currently, Kerry Pellerin holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Families in Transition.
