Erica Weaver has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Erica worked at Families United Network, Inc. from 2014 to the present, serving as both Director Of Special Services and Information Systems Supervisor. Before that, they served as Program Office Supervisor at the same company from 2007 to 2014. Prior to their time at Families United Network, Inc., Erica worked as a Social Worker at World Links international adoption agency from 2005 to 2007.

Erica Weaver, LSW, obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Social Work from The College of Saint Rose, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Social Work at Marywood University from 2004 to 2005.
