Ayse Hassan

Ayse Hassan is the Head of Helpline at Family Action. Ayse has over 16 years of experience working in the victim support sector. Her previous roles include Contact Centre Manager at NHS and Area Manager at Victim Support. In their role as Area Manager, they were responsible for developing systems and culture that were inclusive, promoted equality and valued diversity. Ayse was also the designated safeguarding officer and oversaw the Learning and Development department at Victim Support London. Ayse is a highly experienced and respected leader in the victim support sector.

They work with Funke Fatunla - Director, Finance, Christopher Aslett - Head of Facilities, and Amy Brooke - Deputy Director, Services & Innovation South. Ayse Hassan reports to David Holmes, CEO.
