Navdeep Sidhu

Navdeep Sidhu is an experienced professional in equity, diversity, and inclusion, currently serving in roles at Family Action and Chase Bridge Primary School. Prior to these positions, Navdeep was the Deputy Chair of the Diversity & Inclusion Wellness Group at The Investment Association, contributing to communications and government affairs. Additional experience includes roles in communications at SJ Berwin and Wesleyan Assurance Society, as well as research positions at the BBC. Navdeep holds a First Class BA (Hons) in Media & Communications from Birmingham City University and completed an advanced certificate at the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. Recent education includes a program at Cambridge Judge Business School in 2023.
