Nick Bridges

Nick Bridges is the current Deputy Director of People at Family Action. Nick has over 18 years of experience in Human Resources, and has worked in a variety of industries including healthcare, crimestoppers, transport, and aviation. Nick has a proven track record of successful HR transformation and management, and is an expert in global mobility and HR project management.

Nick Bridges has a law degree from the University of Bristol and a MA in Personnel & Development from the University of Westminster. Nick also has an MSc in Management & HRM from the University of Bath.

Nick Bridges works with Ricardo Gomes Da Silva - General Counsel & Director of Systems, Stacey Warren - Head of Insight & Influencing, and Clare Lawson - Deputy Director of Quality, Performance & Safeguarding. Nick Bridges reports to David Holmes, CEO.
