Pete Godden is an experienced professional in the field of food poverty management, currently serving as Regional Manager and Regional Coordinator for UK South at Family Action since August 2019. Under Pete Godden's leadership, the FOOD Club program expanded from 2 clubs in 2019 to 35 clubs across Bristol, London, Cardiff, and Southend by 2022, assisting over 1,000 vulnerable families weekly by distributing 7 tonnes of food across various community locations. Previous roles include Food Club Coordinator, Consultant in Food Poverty at Buzz Lockleaze Community Cafe, and Food Logistics and Distribution Hub Manager at The Matthew Tree Project, where Pete Godden oversaw the distribution of over 100,000 meals annually. Pete Godden holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Management from the University of the West of England and a BA in Geography from the University of Exeter.
