Rajesh M.

Rajesh M. has extensive work experience in the field of information technology (IT) and management. Rajesh began their career as a Helpdesk Technician at GEC Computer Services Stafford, where they provided support to end users and maintained Windows systems. Rajesh then worked as the Managing Director at Karishma Computers Limited from 2004 to 2009.

Rajesh joined Birmingham City University in 2007 and held multiple roles, including Head of Client Support Services, Transitions Project Manager, and IT Support Manager. In these positions, they managed a large team, implemented centralization projects, and oversaw support for professional services departments. Rajesh's leadership skills and technical expertise were instrumental in improving services and managing budgets.

From 2012 to 2013, Rajesh served as the Director of ICT at New College Nottingham, where they successfully restructured the department and focused on delivering excellent customer service and value for money. Rajesh then became the ICT Manager at Balaam Wood Academy, where they transformed the academy's IT infrastructure and implemented reliable IT services.

At Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust, Rajesh worked as a Technical Team Leader ICT, providing IT support and advice across the hospital. Rajesh then moved to Rushall Medical Centre as a Practice Manager, where they demonstrated their people management, budgeting, and contract management skills.

From 2017 to 2021, Rajesh was the Head of Information Technology at St Richard's Hospice. Rajesh revamped the IT systems, ensuring they were fit for purpose, centrally managed, and highly resilient. Despite the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, Rajesh's foresight and resilience allowed the organization to work remotely without any issues.

Currently, Rajesh holds the position of Head of Information Technology at Family Action, where they lead the IT department and oversees technological operations.
