Tuyet Dickens is currently the EPEC Hub Coordinator at Family Action, leading the rollout of the Empowering Parents Empowering Communities Programme in South Manchester. Prior to this role, Tuyet worked as an Outreach Worker and Early Years Project Lead at The University of Manchester, re-training as a child psychologist after a career in banking. Tuyet has also held various positions at Barnardo's, RBS, SCBG, and other organizations, specializing in credit risk management, project management, and business support. Tuyet holds a Master's degree in Education Psychology, along with other degrees in banking, business, and economics from reputable institutions.

Family Action has received a number of grants from the Department for Education (DfE) to deliver projects to support schools and school-based childcare providers. Within these website pages we share information and resources for schools (eg toolkits, case studies) from recent DfE-funded projects.
