Nancy Njau

Nancy is the Chief Officer – Public Sector. She was appointed the Head of Public Sector in January 2020. Nancy has previously served as the Head of Strategic Partnerships and also the Head of Retail Banking a position she held for two years. An astute banker with over 15 years’ experience, Nancy joined Family Bank in 2002 as a graduate clerk rising through the ranks in various capacities across the Bank network before her ascent to Head of Retail banking, she was Regional Manager, Nairobi Central.

Nancy holds a Masters in Business Administration in Strategic Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Accounting) from Kenyatta University and a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management. In addition, she is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K) and a Certified Executive Leadership Coach. She has attended numerous courses on Performance Management, Credit Management, Transformational Leadership, Customer Service, to name a few.
