Phyllis Kimani

Phyllis Kimani is the Bank’s Chief Retail Banking Officer. She has accumulated over 16 years’ worth of experience in the Financial (Operational and Business) space.

Prior to her career at Family Bank, Phyllis worked at Equity Bank as a Credit Officer cum Credit Administrator concluding her time there as a Credit Manager. Phyllis joined Family Bank in 2013 and rose through the ranks in; Branch Management – Nyahururu Branch, Regional Management – Rift Region and Interim Chief Retail Banking Officer.

Phyllis is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Strategic Management) at Kenyatta University. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Mathematics and Economics major) from Moi University. These are backed by professional certification and experience in; Transformative Leadership, Capacity Building and Leadership, SME Relationship Management, Customer Service and Customer Relationship Management, Banking Law and Practice.
