Mona al Obaidli

Mona Al Obaidli is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Division Director at the Family Care Authority (FCA) since June 2025. Prior to this role, Mona held the position of Human Resources Manager at Ma'an Abu Dhabi from May 2022 to June 2025 and worked at the Department of Health Abu Dhabi in various roles, including Section Head - Employee Relations and Senior Recruitment Officer from September 2017 to May 2022. Mona's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Recruitment Analyst at Abu Dhabi City Municipality and as a Recruitment Team Leader at the Higher Colleges of Technology. Mona holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from the Higher Colleges of Technology, graduated in 2012.
