Charles (Randy) Warren D.O. serves as the Chief Medical Officer for Family Care Partners, a division of Innovacare Partners, since July 2021, while also holding the position of physician and Medical Director at Family Care Partners since October 2004. Prior to this, Charles Warren gained experience as a physician in the US Navy from June 1994 to October 2004 and as a submariner from September 1980 to May 1987. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University (1990-1994), a Fellowship in Faculty Development from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (2002-2003), and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and pre-med from the University of Florida (1987-1990).
