Teresa Segarra has extensive experience in client counseling and case management, with a career spanning over two decades at Family Central, Inc., where roles include EDE Counselor and Client Eligibility and Enrollment Counselor. Teresa coordinates over 100 childcare cases to assist clients in obtaining education and employment opportunities while adhering to federal funding guidelines.
