Nina Douglas is a seasoned professional in the field of human services with extensive experience in counseling and support roles. Currently serving as an in-home counselor at Family & Children's Association since February 2024, Nina previously worked as a CASAC 2 for the Nassau County Department of Human Services from 1998 until retirement in October 2023, where responsibilities included serving clients in various rehabilitation programs. Additional experience includes positions as a CASAC at Maryhaven, Inc., a Direct Care Counselor at AHRC Suffolk, and a Customer Service Representative at GEICO. Nina holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from SUNY Empire State College, complemented by education at OTI Brentwood NY and Molloy University.
