Hanna Potter

Hanna Potter is an experienced professional with a diverse background in client advocacy, administrative support, and revenue cycle management. Currently serving as a Revenue Cycle Specialist at the Family & Children's Center since May 2021, Hanna interprets and applies policies related to patient care and reimbursement while utilizing electronic health records to coordinate operations. Prior roles include Intake Specialist and Administrative Assistant within the same organization, where skills in customer service and client confidentiality were emphasized. Additional experience includes positions at Fastenal Company as an Order Picker, Alexandra House as a Relief Shelter and Supportive Services Advocate, and various roles at Catholic Charities, focusing on client support and advocacy. Hanna has also contributed as a volunteer with the Sisters of Saint Joseph Volunteer Corps and garnered early experience in campus safety and education support roles at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. Hanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saint Mary's University, earned in 2018.
