Family & Children's Center
Walfsty Pierre, MSW, CAPSW, currently serves as a School Social Worker and Assistant Football Coach for the School District of La Crosse, while also functioning as an Outpatient Clinical Therapist at Family & Children's Center and the Owner of Merging Paths Therapeutic Services, LLC. Walfsty has an extensive background in social work, including previous roles at Peace of Mind Counseling, Winona County, Barron County Health & Human Services, and various organizations focusing on mental health support and service coordination for youth and marginalized groups. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from Winona State University and a Postgraduate Degree School Social Work Certification from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Bemidji State University.
