T. Allen Morgan, CFRE has a diverse work experience in the nonprofit sector. T. Allen served as the Chief Advancement Officer for Family & Children's Service, where they oversaw numerous programs that supported thousands of clients each year. Additionally, they operated their own consulting business, Entente Nonprofit Consulting. As the Director of Development and Development Consultant for CASA, Inc., they provided advocacy for foster care children. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Advancement & Director of Grants Management at Oasis Center, where they assisted homeless youth and those in crisis. Finally, they served as the Director of Development for Nashville CARES, a leading provider of HIV/AIDS services in Middle Tennessee.
T. Allen Morgan, CFRE has a Masters degree in Public Administration from Tennessee State University, which they completed in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from California State University, Fullerton in 1989. Furthermore, they have obtained the CFRE certification, which stands for Certified Fund Raising Executive, from CFRE International.

Family & Children’s Service (F&CS) serves all people in crisis and transition by meeting them where they are, understanding their needs, and connecting them to the resources they need. F&CS often ‘fills in the gaps’ in social services, creating a safety net to ensure that all children and families can be safe and healthy. Each year we provide services to more than 60,000 Tennesseans.
