Tom Taylor is currently the Chief Development Officer at Family & Children's Services, but they have plenty of experience in the social services field. Before their time at Emergency Infant Services, Tom was the Executive Director and CEO of HeartLine, Inc. and 2-1-1 from December 2007 to July 2011. In this role, Tom managed the day-to-day operations of the 501c3 non-profit, including networking, fundraising, budgeting, and suicide prevention outreach. Tom also oversaw the 24/7, 365 day a year operation that served the entire State with its Suicide Prevention Lifelines and Problem Gambling Helpline, and Central Oklahoma with 2-1-1 and the Careline.

Tom Taylor has a BS in Business Management, Marketing with a minor in Communications from Phillips University. Tom also has an MBA from Oklahoma City University. Tom has a certification in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training from Columbia University. Tom was an honor student in high school.
