Susan Story

Susan Story is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries, including nonprofit, correctional services, pharmaceuticals, and finance. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources for Family Church Network since September 2019, Susan is dedicated to building God's Kingdom in South Florida. Prior roles include Director of HRIS at The GEO Group, overseeing HR systems for over 18,000 employees; Director of HRIS Global Service Development at Boehringer Ingelheim, managing HR services for 46,000 employees in 70 countries; and Vice President at Fidelity Investments, leading HR service implementations for large-market clients. With educational credentials including an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Susan has a proven track record in HR technology, management, and strategic direction.
