Nadia Nardonnet is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with over 30 years of experience in managing and developing family businesses and startups across diverse sectors, including services, construction, and media in France, Germany, England, and the US. As the Founder and Leader of Transmission Lab since 2018, Nadia focuses on promoting the transmission of SMEs for sustainable development. Nadia serves on various boards, including as a Member of the Board of Advisors at agriodor, Chairman of the Supervisory Board at SBT │Human(s) Matter, and a Board Member at L'Express, Banque Transatlantique, and the association Un Esprit de Famille.
