Hayley has worked in organizations such as the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, Fair Work Commission, National Women's Safety Alliance, Australian Government, BOCSAR, NSW Government, Foster & Co, Australian Institute of Criminology, White Ribbon Australia, and Full Stop Australia. Hayley's roles have included director positions, membership in advisory groups, and leadership positions.
