Debra C. Guy - Strover M.ed.

Debra C. Guy - Strover, M.Ed., serves as the Parent, Family, and Community Engagement Coordinator at Family Development Services, Inc. since February 2016, where supervision of family advocates and monitoring family partnership services per Head Start performance standards is a key responsibility. Prior to this role, Debra held the position of Council Representative and PD Specialist at The Council for Professional Recognition from 2004 to February 2016, managing verification visits and documentation for CDA candidates. Additionally, Debra was Center Director and Office Manager at Early Learning Indiana from 2000 to February 2016, overseeing a staff of 24 and maintaining organizational policies. Debra holds a Master of Arts in Education from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Oakwood University.
