Kayla Winters

Kayla Winters, B.S., CYC-P, CDA, serves as the Center Director at Family Development Services, Inc. since May 2023. Prior to this role, Kayla served as President & CEO of Winters & Winters LLC from October 2020 to May 2023, focusing on improving care quality for underserved children, youth, and families in Indiana. From January 2015 to April 2022, Kayla was the Director of Early Childhood Education at Edna Martin Christian Center. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Martin University and an Associate of Science in Liberal Arts with honors from Ivy Tech Community College.
